I don't think it would be correct to avaluate it, it's Russian is not so good.

What should I do in this case? Should I just reject the translation? Or does it matter that there are two same texts?

Wow, that many languages. I am impressed. I am writing to you because I am kind of lost her. I love translating and being translated but it seems to me that this website is rather inactive. Since days I am waiting to translate things into German, but no jobs come up so I cannot gain points to post my translations. How can I proceed quicker? I think "konu" does not refer a name and it means "subject". I think it is written in the subject part of an e-mail or a message because it's Turkish, and I also made the Turkish translation of it. So do you think you should change it?
