| Gdyż moim zdaniem chodzi tu nie wyłącznie o samochody ale o konkretne maszyny
|

| Машина БЕЗ ПЕРЕПИСКИ >>> Car WITHOUT RE-REGISTER (without transfer of ownership). I guess this is the meaning.
so that it's worth ban on>>> as there is ban on
I agree with the comments

| The whole part is about the car, so I offer to make it "not allowed to be taken from registration" even although it is active voice in Russian. It sounds better to me |

| I agree with Siberia and Felicitas! |

| What about:
"NON-REGISTRABLE car"? |
| 7 gruodis 2009 21:32 |
| These are all good suggestions. I just wanted to provide a basic translation to get it off the ground. Any improvements are welcome.

| I agree with Siberia and Felicitas that some change should be done about "without correspondance" |
| 8 gruodis 2009 16:23 |
| NON-REGISTRABLE doesn't cover the meaning. Car is already registered, but can't be re-registered. |
| 8 gruodis 2009 16:25 |
| Maybe "Car without futher re-registration"... |

| Kafetzou? Lein?
Perhaps you can help us find the correct word or phrase for this case.

| How about "Can't be deregistered" or "Can't be unregistered"?
|
| 9 gruodis 2009 13:29 |
LeinŽinučių kiekis: 3389 | Unlicensed? Without license number / license plate? I'm a bit confused about the meaning of 'without correspondence' but when I look at the comments I read this to mean something like 'take it or leave it', i.e. no (further) discussion possible.
How about something like this? Would it capture the meaning?
Car - no correspondence (or: discussion) accepted ( ? ), for spare parts, completely operational, not licensed for driving, so that it's worth ban on all actions and fines. (this last part I don't quite understand either ) |
| 9 gruodis 2009 16:08 |
| "No correspondence" is a wrong translation.
Deregistered
Unregistered
The meaning is: buyer can't be registered as the new owner of a car >>> car can't be sold officialy... |
| 9 gruodis 2009 16:38 |
| non-marketable/ non-vendable ? |
| 9 gruodis 2009 17:15 |
| Non-vendable is rather close, but the same to non-registrable, it's not an accurate transaltion.
Why can't we use "re-registr/able/ation/ed" here?..
P.S. I vote for non-vendable (if no re- is possible). |

| Machine WITHOUT CORRESPONDENCE, on repair part, fully in motion, it is impossible to strike off the register, because prohibition costs on all actions and fines. |
| 9 gruodis 2009 18:11 |
| I don't understand this from the translation at all. On the other hand, the message underneath the translation makes it very clear. My advice would be to do a very loose translation, such as the following:
Car WITH NO QUESTIONS TO BE ASKED, for spare parts, completely operational, cannot be re-registered because of prohibitive costs.
Is that what it means? |
| 9 gruodis 2009 18:28 |
| Car WITH NO QUESTIONS TO BE ASKED - there are no such words in request.
Car for spare parts, completely operational, cannot be re-registered and striken off the register due to ban on all actions and fines.

| Oh - now I understand. What happened to the part in capital letters? In the comment below the translation request, it says "without any discussion of negotiated price" - that's why I wrote "with no questions to be asked".
By the way, "striken off" --> "stricken from" |
| 9 gruodis 2009 19:04 |
| How about "non-negotiable"? Is it about the price? I'm really confused. I am an English expert (and native speaker), but I cannot understand Russian. |
