In the case that any invoices for labels delivered in a Mango-clothing production season (Autumn/winter or Spring/summer) are still outstanding by the end of such season, PUNTO FA guarantees the settlement on behalf of the supplier of any such invoices provided that non-payment is not due to a claim lodged by the MANGO/MNG Supplier by reason of a defective product, faulty service or any other commercial disagreement between the Supplier and
