Ezzel egyidÅ‘ben 5 magÃ¡nszemÃ©ly is tulajdonrÃ©szt szerzett a kft-ben. A kÃ¶vetkezÅ‘ Ã©vekben a kft megvÃ¡sÃ¡rolta az anyacÃ©gtÅ‘l a rÃ©szesedÃ©s 33 %-Ã¡t, Ãgy tovÃ¡bb erÅ‘sÃtette sajÃ¡t pozÃciÃ³jÃ¡t. In 1999 two economic societies formed our society, with the aim of leading ecological economy. The managing director of the company was Lajos PÃ¼ski, who established the future of the company by leading high-level economy.
From the beginning, the most important Hungarian supervisory body certifies our economy. We do not lead parallel economy, we produce exclusively ecological products. We deal with traditional arable plant growing, such as winter wheat, hybrid corn, oil pumpkin, soybean, green pea, sweet corn, HO sunflower, spelt, rice, millet, wild pea.
90% of our products are for export, we are in good relations with several domestic and international trading companies. We are members of the Association of Hungarian Organic Farmers and the Agricultural Chamber of BÃ©kÃ©s Country, furthermore, we stand in relation to the Organic Culture Association.
In 2002 a new management came to the company, the present managing director is Lajos IzsÃ³. At the same time, 5 private persons get a share in the ownership of the Ltd. In the following years the company bought 33% from the parent company and it confirms its own position in this way. The company is on the right track; it seems that the long-term business is insured.
