I, the undersigned, legal representative of (company name) having the registered office in (address) hereby state on my own responsibility that we are going the grant the following waranties for the project Project for Rehabilitation of Municipality Street Lighting / Lot 1 and Lot 2:

1. For the luminaries 12 years;
2. For the lamps 12 years;
3. For the rest of equipment and works 12 years.
