A mine shall be operated on the basis of a long term mining plan, to be reviewed annually, and annual operating budgets approved by the Board of Directors. The Project Company may engage a Shareholder or its affiliated corporations under commercially reasonably terms to provide technical and marketing services to the Project Company in connection with the construction and operation of a mine and the marketing of products from the mine.
