Thanks for the help. I am working on a book, and this phrase, translated into Latin, will function as a tagline for a military group in the book. You can think in terms of military groups with Latin taglines in their description. A rough translation I currently have is "Defendo Vita Ex Mortuum", but I do not know if this is accurate.
