In the event of suspension of the deliveries under the Contract by Buyer or Seller giving notice under the "Force Majeure" Clause, the Contract shall be each time extended for a period equal to the period of suspension, however if such period or the sum of such periods extends for more than 3 (three) calendar months, either party shall have the right to cancel the affected tonnages and/or to terminate this Contract forthwith by giving notice to that effect to the other party.
