Some of the other experts have been noticing that at least one Albanian translator is getting lots of points for translating, but has a very low rating for Albanian.

The same thing happened recently for a Turkish translator, and when I asked the Turkish expert about it, he said that he though "1" was the best score a translator could get, but it's actually the opposite - "10" is the best and "0" is for machine translations.

I wonder if this is what is happening with Albanian translations too. If so, you can change the rating you've given a translation.
