Hi Waldwind

I received your message in my inbox. In general, when there is a discussion about a translation it is normal practise to post under the translation and not in the inbox.

You don't seem to have understood what or why I made the comment.

As an Expert for English on Cucumis, I leave messages under texts submitted in faulty English in order that our translators can work on a correctly formulated text.

As an Expert for English on Cucumis I can assure you that "breathe of woods" does not mean anything in English, which is why I asked you to check it out and edit or resubmit in another source language.

It may well be a word to word translation of a phrase that is used in Portuguese but it is not usable in English.

I understand that it is a phrase that you like a lot, since you have the German version as your nick.

If you wish to obtain the correct phrase in English, maybe you should submit the Portuguese version that you say "means" something in Portuguese.

Hi Waldwind

I see what you mean about the name for a group. It needs to be easy to say (whatever language is used) it needs to be easy to keep in mind (no one can remember complicated names) and it needs to be your "visiting card" for the group. It needs to contain a "description" of who you are and what kind of music you're doing.

In the 70's ther was a folk band called "Aqualung". I loved that name.

"Forest Lung" would probably not work and "Forest's Breath" would be difficult to pronounce for some because of the "st's" and the "th" so we need to find something easier.

I'm going to have a look in my thesaurus to see if there are any suggestions for "breath" and "forest", then I'll send you a new message to let you know.

I already quite like "Forest Whisper", but I'll see if I can find anything better.

P.S. I looked on google for "Empyrium" so I guess you are doing the same kind of music. I'll try and find something good!!
