We describe the histological structure of the eyes of Misumenops pallens (Araneae, Thomisidae).
We have carried out frontal, sagittal and transverse histological sections of the eyes. All the eyes
have cuticular and laminar corneas and lenses. The anterior median eyes have two cellular types in the
rhabdom; the remaining eyes have three cellular types.
