Notwithstanding anything contained in this appointment or in any law in the event of any Products being found defective or any claim being made arising from purchase , use or in any manner connected with the Products , the Company's liability shall be restricted to US$ 5,000 per instance and US$ 10,000per year including any damages ,legal expenses , penal , consequential or exemplary claims made by any party in connection with purchase , use etc.
