Your child is living with your partner outside The Netherlands. For children living abroad / in another country, different rules apply. We look at / examine, among other things, if you pay for their maintenance and how much.
In the accompanying form we ask the questions that are relevant / important. Please fill in this form and send it back as soon as possible, but certainly before 5 June 2012

Thanks a lot for your bridge. I have already done the translation. One question: Was it addressed to one person (mother/father) or to both parents of the child?

This is addressed to one parent; the child is living with the partner of this parent (probably, but not necessarily, the other parent).
