2.) Rizs
Csárdaszálláson - ahol gazdálkodunk - több évtizedes hagyománya van a rizstermesztésnek. Társaságunk bérleményében lévÅ‘ területek között is van 67 ha rizstelep, Ãgy 2005-ben felmerült a gondolat, hogy meg kellene próbálni ökológiai körülmények között termelni rizst. Szerencsére a piac is nagy érdeklÅ‘dést mutatott a termék iránt, hamar sikerült kötnünkegy hosszú távú szerzÅ‘dést, amely azóta is működik mindkét fél megelégedésére. A rizs egy nagyon nagy ráfordÃtást igénylÅ‘ növény mind anyagilag mind emberileg egyaránt. Egy hektár rizs bekerülési költsége 250-280 ezer forint között változik, attól függÅ‘en, hogy mennyire sikerült megvalósÃtani a teljes technológiát. Egy dolgozó 80-100 ha rizstelepet lát el de ez egy feszÃtett terület régebben fele ekkora terület volt egy emberre bÃzva. A dolgozó napi feladata, hogy vigyázzon a rizsre, kezelje a vizet a területen, megtegyen mindent azért, hogy jó termés legyen, nagyon felelÅ‘sségteljes munka, önállóságot és talpraesettséget igényel. Az ökológiai rizstermesztés alapja a kiváló talajfelszÃn, amikor is a kutricákon belüli talajegyenetlenség (+-)2 cm -en belül van. A vÃzkezelés miatt fontos, hogy ilyen egyenes legyen a felszÃn, mivel Ãgy lehet valamelyest védekezni a gyomok ellen. A talajegyengetést lézer vezérlésű speciális gépekkel végezzük szerencsés esetben 3 évente, de nyugati országokban akár minden évben is megcsinálják. A bekerülési értéke az aládolgozással együtt meghaladhatja a 100.000,- Ft/ha összeget. A betakarÃtását lánctalpra szerelt gabonakombájnokkal végezzük szeptember-október hónapokban. Ãtlagos terméseredményeink 4-6 t/ha között változnak, a termésre nagyon nagy befolyása van az idÅ‘járásnak mivel a virágzás idején érkezÅ‘ köd és lehűlés megfelezheti a termést, ez ellen védekezni pedig nem lehet. Összességében a rizs egy nagyon nagy odafigyelést és magas szakmai tudást igénylÅ‘ növény, amely meghálálja a gondoskodást.
3.) Åszi káposztarepce
Társaságunk vetésváltásában fontos helye van a repcének, mivel ez egy mélyen gyökerezÅ‘ növény és jó elÅ‘vetemény a tönkölybúza számára mivel korán lekerül és laza talajt hagy maga után. Termésátlagaink 1 –2,2 t/ha között változnak. Utóbbi idÅ‘ben kissé háttérbe szorult, mivel a száraz nyarakon nehéz jó magágyat készÃteni számára Ãgy kockázatos a vetése. | | |

The rice is a plant that needs a great deal of attention both materially and humanly. The cost price of one hectare of rice ranges from 250,000 to 280,000 HUF. A worker holds a rice plantation of 80-100 ha, but this is a stretched area, previously, a worker used to be trusted only with half of this area. The daily task of the worker is to take care of the rice, manipulating the water in the region, doing everything for having a good harvest, which is a very responsible job that requires self-dependence and resourcefulness. The basis of the ecological rice-growing is the excellent ground surface, that is, in the interior of the plots is the undulation of the ground from -2 to 2 cm. Because of the treatment of the water, it is important to have such a flat ground surface, as so it is more or less possible to defend against furrow-weeds. At best, every three years, we make the grading with special remote-controlled laser machines, but in western countries men do it as good every year. The cost price together with the cultivation work may exceed the amount of 100,000 HUF/ha. We do the harvesting work with crawler combine-harvesters in the months of September and October. Our average harvests alternated between 4-6 t/ha, the weather has a huge influence on the harvest, as in the blossoming time coming fog and cooling can halve the harvest, people can’t do anything against that. As a whole, rice is a plant that requires a very close attention and a high level of expertise and that shows its gratitude for the provision.
3. Winter rape
In the crop rotation of our society the winter rape has an important place, as it is a deep-rooted plant and it is a good fore crop for the spelt because the winter rape matures early and leaves loose soil behind. Our average crop yields alternating between 1-2,2 t/ha. Lately, it has been left aside, as in dry summers it is difficult to make good seed-bed, so this seeding is risky. |
