I think I couldn't accurately explain my trouble
I've uploaded a file of 2 gbs onto ftp and I've only sent the link for download to my sibling
and at her/his first attempt, s/he downloaded a 1 gb part of the file and then the download process stopped
s/he asked the link for download again and I've sent it. s/he began to download the file a second time and again, the download process stopped before it halfway came down because my bandwith limit was full.
what I don't understand is how was it possible for 7649 gb of bandwith to be spent just because a file of 2gb was downloaded two times?
could you please explain this
