We have sent you few times this fax to make a reservation in your hotel. After several phone calls I still don't have an answer from you if you can accommodate our group in your hotel or not! Please, be so nice and answer us as soon as possible if you are available for this period, because we need to know how to proceed in case you are fully booked.
