The line speeds vary from 30 min. to 2.5 hours. For the 39 machines on one line the system is set with the intention to produce an average time length of 39 minutes, thus one item will come out every minute.
In the paletting department, 3 palettes will fill per hour, so it is intended that an average of 150 items will be paletted per hour - in our pre-trials it took 24 secs. for one turn-over. The final turn-over time will be achieved precisely when the system becomes a project.
