Hi, I've just ched the booking record and the 3rd line of the delivery address used when booking via Parcelforce was 11012 COGNE, and as such I do not understand why they have failed to deliver. Please send me your email address and I'll forward you a copy of the booking record. I believe the package is on is way to you now, rather than being returned to us.
