Hi, I've just ched the booking record and the 3rd line of the delivery address used when booking via Parcelforce was 11012 COGNE, and as such I do not understand why they have failed to deliver. Please send me your email address and I'll forward you a copy of the booking record. I believe the package is on is way to you now, rather than being returned to us. Sorry for the delay, but as you can see it's outside of our control in this instance. Regards
