The vehicles which speed and amounts are increasing becomes inevitable and indispensable part of our life ; on the other hand ; they make people lost their life , they make people injured , demaged physicalcally and economically . Traffic accidents are one of the most significant problems of world and also problems of Turkey . because it is hard to find a certain solution traffic has to be examined to find solutions and new alternatives .
