obtuso una persona obtusa, terca, testaruda, "Cuadrada", "Obtuso y medio" hace referencia a que el que lo dice será la mitad más obtuso (Un 50% más) que la otra persona. (Para los idiomas que necesitan discriminar entre masculino o femenino, el refrán en este caso es genérico)
