Baby you don't know,what you do to me. Between me...
Text to be translated

Source language: English

Baby you don't know,what you do to me.
Between me and you, I feel a chemistry.
Won't let no one come and take your place.
Cause the love you give can't be replaced.
See no one else love me like you do.
That's why I don't mind to spend my life with you.
Wanna please you in anyway I can.
Wanna share my world don't you understand.

Maybe it should be "Won't let anyone come and take your place."

Thanks maki-sindja.

One can find the lyrics (complete) here :
http://www.xanga.com/nBk_chrisV/292352385/item.html

But it is even typed "noone" for "no one"

What would you say about the English, kafetzou, I agree with maki_sinja about the fact it should be more correct to say "won't let anyone"...

Ha ha ha! That's very funny - you guys want to correct the grammar of song texts! Good luck with that - there are millions of them that use slang grammar like this. It's quite common for people to use the double negative in street slang, and thus in songs.

If it were completely correct, there would be a few other errors in it, too, such as:

cause --> because
love --> loves
to spend --> spending
wanna --> I want to

And there would be a comma after "world" and a question mark at the end.

But maki_sindja, in case you misunderstood, this is not a translation - this is the original text, and the requester wants it translated into Turkish.

P.S. - there is a lot of disagreement about how to write that word: no-one, noone, noöne, no one.

Thanks kaf! Yeah I wasn't willing to edit these lyrics after I saw they were registered on that page I linked. But as I'm never (and never will) confident with my English this is why I sent you this CC

I don't think we should ever edit original texts unless we're sure there's a mistake in the transcription.
