As credit cards come from banking establishments, I presume that even a Mastercard is technically a bank card.

The lack of context means that this might have been a libray card or a playing card, but I doubt it!

The word "bank" can be just as easily left out, as I had "added" it only after the word count had refused my original translation. In the end, even with this superfluous "four letter word", I ended up having to submit the translation despite the same word count warning.
