Spellic

Spellic will be (once done) a free online eduaction service.

My vision
My vision is that Spellic sooner or later will be available in most european languages. Until then, only basic information will be available in all languages.
The final work on Spellic is hopefully done this summer. After that, you are all welcome to try it out.

What is Spellic?
The main purpose of Spellic is to help students to learn words in foreign languages.
It also provides a little community where teachers, parents and studends can send messages and share exercises.

Translation
At the moment, Spellic uses around one thousand words / phrases / texts on the website.
If you have a website in English that you want to translate into Swedish, and you are a native speaker of some other language than English or Swedish, please send me a message.
I'm sure that we can help each other out to gain a mutual advantage.

Regards,
xamine

Title
However, you can still use this site to learn...
Text
Submitted by xamine
Source language: English

However, you can still use this site to learn words in any language.
Remarks about the translation
--- Context ---
This sentence is shown directly below a text that says something like "This site is not available in your language".
It explains to the user that he / she can still use this site to learn words in any language, even though the -site itself- is not available in the current languages.

--- Language info ---
French: French from France
Dutch: language spoken in The Netherlands
Norwegian: Bokmål

-- Additional info PLEASE READ---
"this site" could also be "this website".

"However, you can still..." could also be "But, you can still..." if there is no good translation of "however".

Please put the "" and "" in the best position possible. They are there to make the "any language" bold (or emphasized) as this is very important for the understanding of the text.

--- FINALLY ---
Please copy/paste or translate this information into the "Remarks about the translation"-field in order to be available to people that are translating from your translation.

Thank you.

In German, you usually never begin a sentence with "aber". I would either begin it with "Dennoch" or change the word order like "Sie können jedoch...".

Ja, du müsstest das dann in deiner Übersetzung ausbessern, also blauer Edit-Button.

Außerdem ist das "any language" noch nicht so wirklich drin. Wie wär's denn mit "...um Wörter in irgendeiner Sprache zu erlernen"?

Ist schon in Ordnung!

Ich füge noch die eckigen Klammern ein, um einen Teil des Texts fettgedruckt erscheinen zu lassen, da dies gewünscht ist.

My German is a little rusty, but doesn't "... um Wörter in irgendeiner anderen Sprache zu erlernen ..." mean something like "... any OTHER language ..."?
If so, then this translation is wrong. The meaning is supposed to be "You can use this site to learn words in any language" (ie, including the current language)

True, I also suggested it that way, but it seems like I forgot to change it in the end.. I'm sorry and thank you, xamine, you're totally right
