The Distributor is a financial institution that has the required legal and regulatory status to distribute the Funds in accordance with this Agreement, and meets all the related legal and/or regulatory conditions thereto.
Distribütör, bu anlaşma gereğince fonları dağıtmak için gerekli yasal ve düzenleyici konuma sahip olan ve ayrıca bütün ilgili yasal ve/veya düzenleyici koşulları karşılayan mali bir kurumdur.
