vandaag ga ik jullie een aantal technieken aanleren van handbal. We beginnen straks met gooien en vangen, daarna het sprongschot en we eindigen met en kort spelletje handbal waarin ik de aangeleerde technieken terug wil zien.
Today I will learn you a few technics of handball. Later we will start with throwing and catching, after the jumpshot we will end with a short game of handball so I can see the learned technics.
