“Distributor†hereby accepts such an appointment, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In its role as AHMET’s Distributor, AYSE is charged with the sales, marketing, forecasting, operations, logistics, and customer service necessary to effectively sell AHMET Products in the Territory.
