Milica Jakovljevic Mir Jam was born in Jagodina, on April 22nd, 1887. During the First World War, she lived in Kragujevac, and then she moved to Belgrade, where she worked as a journalist. She published stories and romance novels. During World War II , she lived in Belgrade. She spoke French and Russian. She never married. She died on December 22nd, 1952.
