Pastabos apie vertimą
I am not very sure - I think this is the meaning of the sentence, written in Latin letters and with some mistakes in Bulgarian - but still I think I understood it well.
But it can also be 'The only man who makes no mistakes is the man who never does anything'I find some lights and shades of the expression...

What's the problem here, Francky?

Actually it pissed me off to see Bulgarian featured this way, I hardly can stand it like I don't like either other languages typed this way, like Arabic, Hebrew, and any language writen not using its original alphabet and characters, then Bulgarian typed in latin characters is encoded with numbers. I provided the member a link and she didn't use it, although it is a very easy link to use. She has translated using the regular cyrillic Bulgarian characters, but issued this text above typed the same way as she did a translation once (which was refused because of that). As it is a translation request, moreover a translation which is requested in the "meaning only" mode, I've got nothing to say about, and JP reminded it to me this afternoon.
But I also thought about translators who told in their profile they could read Bulgarian, and translate from it, and who asked for being notified by Email when a translation is to be done from Bulgarian; my question is " do all of them know this encrypted way of typing a text, or is there only a few of them who know it.
Because for those who don't know, but are good translators from Bulgarian into their mother-tongue, it is too bad that they aren't allowed to do a translation about which they were notified. Perhaps does it take a little more time to type using the Bulgarian keyboard, but it sure would give better results because more translators would be then available to translate from Bulgarian. Now if you assumed every translator from Bulgarian is able to understand Bulgarian typed this way, I'd have really nothing more to say about this topic...

Wow - it looks like all the time and virtual ink I spent explaining to you why this happens may have been wasted, Francky!

P.S. I'm certain that every translator from Bulgarian can understand Bulgarian typed this way.

Actually, I've been looking for it, and I can't find it. Too bad - I thought I had explained this pretty thoroughly, from the perspective of Turkish and Greek.

Ah - here it is! Feel free to print it off.

Well, can I say something? I am Bulgarian and I all my job has to do with words and writing so I hate seing Bulgarian words written in Latin. Especially when there are numbers replacing some letters. But it's because I do love my language and alphabet and I do care about it. I am moderating some Bulgarian forums and I don't allow writing in Latin there. But! it is a fact that all Bulgarians can understand writing in Latin and sometimes there are technical problems that do not allow using Cyrillic alphabet (although it happens very rarely). I didn't look at the links you gave but let me make a suggestion - what I do in my forums - writing in Cyrillic is advisable and for those who really don't have a tool to write in Cyrillic we put a small program, "Kredor". It is very useful indeed.
