I gave the mountains your name for it to burn in the clouds. I gave my love to the spring so that it wakes up every season and gave your smell to the wind so that it scatters in all directions.

Hi serba,

"I named the mountains after you so that it burns through the clouds"

I don't get what you mean. Could you explain that in different words?

lilian canale actually that part is not clear in Turkish either.may be we can think that mountains will burn and smokes will raise up to the clouds and because we named the mountains with the same name as hers/his so it will be like the name will burn and raise to the clouds.the meaning in turkish sentence is not clear though.

if I translate word by word first sentence says
I named the mountains after you so that it burns at the clouds.(this doesnt make a sence in turkish either)
