Traductions de noms propres URGENT

Bonsoir,

je sais qu'il ne faut normalement pas traduire les noms propres, mais je dois traduire le contenu d'un dossier d'une ONG et il y a de nombreux noms propres (noms d'associations, etc). Je me dis qu'il faut donc peut-être les traduire pour que le lecteur français s'y retrouve dans une liste complète.
