Android instant translate gray out option even if two languages are downloaded

Hi,

I was happily using the instant translate option until I noticed that the icon did not have the flash inside camera, and from then on the instant option in the camera of translate is grayed out. What could be the problem?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
