As it stands it reflects the same thought in English and unless it is necessary to "polish" the translation, I think it can stay as it is.

I'm not sure about this, but I would translate it like this:

I will do my best to get a chance so that you fall in love with me again.

Maybe I will do my best to have a second chance at making you fall in love with me again.

but this one is "meaning only".

is not quite the same as:
Je fais de mon mieux = I am doing my best
Furthermore, "pour obtenir une chance que tu puisses" has disappeared.
