| I saw your message to Francky, in fact the "rejected by" text show the last editor after rejection (I know this not very accurate...). Francky did't rejected it, he just edited it after you rejected it.
Can I accept the translation or does it need to be edited first? |

Xiniचिठ्ठीको सङ्ख्या: 1655 | Ciao Kafetzou,
I need some help from you.
What's the right verb which I can use in English to describe the action of slowly moving with my hands a surface covered with sand? Look at this page (the three shots at the top) to have an idea of it.
I found "ripple", but I feel it's just for liquids.
What I want to say is something like "<(Ripple)> the sand and discover what's under the soil" i.e. kind of instructions for using the multimedia installation you see on the page...
Thank you in advance!
Xini

I don't realize anything about the movement as my browser, strangely enough, don't plays any Gif in here.
Thank you for your help, I will use "gently run your hands through the sand"
Maybe I'll have to bother you with further questions in the future!
Thanks again, regards

Thank you very much

| I put there "closeness"(swedish one).
It could be 'revoted' now. |

appleचिठ्ठीको सङ्ख्या: 972 | Hello Kafetzou! I have some questions about the "polite form".
I was adding something to nava's project and the doubt arose: "formal language" is equivalent to "polite form" (referring to Italian "Lei" or there is a difference in meaning?
And what about unformal?
CIAO, for example,it's a word, that Italians use only with people with which they are in first name terms, if I call it "unformal" it may be not enough. I mean, you can be unformal even with people that you call Mr or Miss, can't you? |

appleचिठ्ठीको सङ्ख्या: 972 | Hello, kafetzou, I'm here again!
This time is about this translation .
Is the phrase "larger than the earth itself" a usual idiom, or a sort of "creative"image? (I suppose it is not literal).
In the English text "in facts" is repeated twice: a mistake?

appleचिठ्ठीको सङ्ख्या: 972 | Hi kafetzou! It's always about this translation . The original requester has informed us that he had this message from a Turkish friend and he is quite sure that it is not about health problems.
It's just that this person is going to move from a place she doesn't like, but she is afraid that the place where she's going to might not be better.
I think you should fix the English translation first, because the Italian text was translated from English. |

| Hi there, a comment on http://www.cucumis.org/vertaling_10_t/bekijk-vertaling_v_60781.html
'over de marge' means that you are 'using' more than is possible/allowed. Therefore I think that beyond the margin is ok. I'm not quite sure whether beyond is the right preposition, but you as a native speaker probably know .

| OK!
I won't wait!
I'm gonna quit!
If I can't make so easy translation, I can't translate anything.
That was a good time on cucumis, hope you have a good work.
BYE! |

| Not just for that.
I'm not a crying baby who leaves in the first problem.
I'll wait till the next admin for portuguese to come.
And I see nothing wrong with the last rejected one.
There's nothing for me to do here. The swedish, norwegian and danish translations they are being grabbed by another users.
The japanese Im only translating names.
My spanish is too poor.
And my english translations are being thrown away!
I have some sense and gonna let it to the real experts. |
