It is nothing wrong with
your text, Perleskinn, now it is ok, it exists the English version of the Norwegian text in the Remarks field, under the text.
Usually, double request reffers at the same text introduced several times,
with the same source-language and the same target language. But, probably because the resulted translation would have been the same in both cases, that's why it has been considered double request.
The points help you if you want to introduce another text for translation. You can not "spend" more than a certain amont of points. They are important if you wish another translation to be done.
Don't worry, now it will be probably done. You will just have to have a little bit of patience til somebody can translate it. It takes a while for a translation to be done, especially in languages that are not so used, as Latin is.
