He is a Turkish expert and voted against you so the vote is 5 points for and 5 points against. What to do?

| Hi,
http://www.cucumis.org/translation_1_t/view-the-translation_v_102297.html
Has gone pretty much against your translation. Could you edit it again and we will re-set the vote and run it past them one more time?
Best,

Things will probably be slow today and tomorrow, but then again, with everyone snowed in over there, maybe not.
Best,

I thought smy's questions were the following:"But it writes Slovak in the source language, if it is not Slovak, what language is it? Could anyone tell? Maybe Serbian? Russian in Latin alphabet?
Elisf, Could you tell us?"
Please, correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

| Good morning!
Horse Knight: All Knights were of the mounted type. Horse Knight would be probably a Knight of the Equestrian Order, or a Equestrian Knight, from the Roman Republican/Empire days, hence the idea of Horse Knights. Later, in the Middle Ages, all Knights were considered to be mounted in warfare and a Knight that couldn't afford a string of horses would not be allowed into the service of a Lord.
So, that being said, I think Horse Knight would not be necessary unless, as I said, the translation was about the Equestrian order, in which case it would be Equestrian Knight.
Best,

Have you got my point ?
This was not my translation, I have made a comment - asked from me! -
I wonder if you'll let it go in its incorrect translation... :-)

I am sorry, if I bother you, but I am a native Norwegian, and I've been a member for over half a week now - when can I translate into other languages than English?
~ Thanks! |

But I heard saying, that you spent also a lot of points, and therefor you are virtually still higher :-) - no problem - I believe, we are a good team :-)

| Why smack isn't adequate? By the way, to write "definitely" by capital letters, it seems (apparently, not definitely) poorly kind and not so polite. Thanks, for your corrections. |

| Mine is a little bit to be considered as a broken english, as far as it concerns grammar's topics (because I studied english by myself), but I thought it wasn't important for translations about marginal matters. I'll follow your indications and, for now, I'll perform only translations with my natal idiom as target.
I was almost certain you didn't mean to be impolite.
Thanks and have a nice weekend.
