Customer relationship management is one of the keys to improving an enterprise's core competitiveness; however, the traditional model of customer relationship management cannot meet the needs of the various small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the discussion on the new concept of SaaS, and the comparison between the SaaS model and the traditional model, an analysis is made on the advantages of customer relationship management of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the SaaS model, a solution to former problems is suggested based on the SaaS model and the logic of the solution is built; moreover, the problems that need attention are pointed out to the small and medium-sized enterprises implementing the SaaS model of customer relationship management.
