1) Stiamo insieme quando vieni.
2) Staremo insieme quando verrai.
3) Staremo insieme quando sarai venuto/a.

The first one is very colloquial and employs the present tense; the second one is a little bit more formal and both verbs are in the future tense; the third one is the most correct and the most formal: there are future tense and future perfect tense ( in Italian "futuro anteriore" ) because both actions are future, but "quando sarai venuto" will happen before the action of staying together.

Which one are you going to choose?

the first one because it is more like "let's stay together when you come", has the sense of "let's spend our time together when you come", so i guess the first one is better. but if your opinion changes after this explanation, dimmi subito.
