Londra (Ã®n englezÄƒ London, francezÄƒ Londres) este capitala Angliei ÅŸi a Regatului Unit. Este cel mai important centru politic, financiar (datoritÄƒ City-ului), cultural ÅŸi artistic al Regatului Unit, ÅŸi unul din cele mai importante oraÅŸe ale lumii.
PopulaÅ£ia Londrei este de 7.421.228 locuitori (la 1 ianuarie 2005) Ã®n Londra Mare, cÄƒrora li se adaugÄƒ alte cÃ¢teva milioane din zona metropolitanÄƒ. ExistÄƒ o imensÄƒ diversitate de etnii, culturi ÅŸi religii.
