ArtÄ±k evine dÃ¶nmeni istiyorum! Benimle telefonda konuÅŸmak istemeni anlÄ±yorum ama bu sana Ã§ok pahalÄ±ya mal olur. SonuÃ§ta yurt dÄ±ÅŸÄ±nÄ± arÄ±yorsun. Zaten mikrofonla benimle konuÅŸtuÄŸun zaman bile seni zor anladÄ±m. EÄŸer telefonda konuÅŸursak seni hiÃ§ anlayamam. Ã‡Ã¼nkÃ¼ sen gerÃ§ekten ingilizceyi farklÄ± konuÅŸuyorsun. AslÄ±nda senin sayende inglizcemi biraz geliÅŸtirdim. FarkÄ±ndaysan, Ã¶ncekinden daha iyiyim.

I want you to come back home! I understand why you want to talk to me on the phone, but this will cost you too much. Because you will be making an international call. Doesn't it mean 'but it will be extremely expensive for you' ? I'm not sure about the -ya mal olur.. 	nurgulhoca Mesaj Sayısı: 3	''You have to pay for this'' means ''bunun sonucuna katlanmalÄ±sÄ±n'' or in other words'' -ya mal olur''. The sentence you mentioned in your message about being expensive can be translated as '' it will cost you much/a lot'' And for your last question, the sentence was formed according to the text so the speaker can understand what it means in this text..But its meaning depends on how you want to evaluate it..

	Chantal Mesaj Sayısı: 878	Thanks nurgulhoca, I'm a little confused about the first part: so can or can't it be translated with 'it will cost you a lot' instead of 'but you have to pay for this' ? Because it says 'cok pahali' I'd suggest that 'very expensive, or cost you a lot' should be added? The second one is ok in this way then.. can you please correct the first one then I'll evaluate it .
