Som jag skrev tidigare stod det fel bl.a. i sista meningen: "Iansökningen" som jag inte begrep förra gången men som gick bättre denna gång!

OK, I used the systranbox to get an idea about meaning of Swedish, which isn't a too accurate way to verify from Swedish into English, but from the last sentence, with this tool, I got this :
"Iansökningen is only National Agency for Higher Education's value"  , which is very far from what I can read in French. 
Could you bridge me the last sentence, Pia

J'entends pour la première fois parler de la "National Agency for Higher Education's value" suédoise ce soir.
J'avoue que j'imaginais qu'une (ou plusieurs) faute(s) de frappe s'étai(en)t glissée(s) dans l'original puisque dans la première phrase du texte il était question d'une demande, d'une requête ("ansökan"  . La seconde phrase commençant par Iansokningen, je pensais logiquement qu'il s'agissait de "I ansökningen" où aurait accidentellement disparu l'intervalle entre les deux mots, signifiant en français "dans la requête". Ceci était d'autant plus vraisemblable que l'umlaut manquait sur le "o" et que cette seconde phrase commençait par un "i" majuscule et non un "l".
Il y avait de quoi perdre son latin !
Bref, c'est pas la peine d'en faire un fromage.
Mais tout s'explique !
