Du var i mine tanker igen igår. I timevis sad gråden i min hals, jeg kunne ikke græde. Jeg tænkte over, om det er døden eller det at være uden dig, der er det værste, jeg kunne ikke se nogen forskel, det er det samme for mig. Hvis det at være uden dig var døden, så er jeg jo allerede død, tænkte jeg.

Figen, could you please tell me if the Turkish text means this:

You were in my thoughts yesterday, for hours the tears/the crying were in my throat, I could not cry, it hurt.. I thought about if it was Death or being without you that was the worst, could´t see any difference.. if being without you was Death then I was already dead, I thought.

it's okay! only one part needs an edition, there's no 'it hurt'. but, this is not Bilals fault, it's becouse of the bad spelling. in the turkish text the word 'acaba's wrong spelled. that part means 'I wonder, if the Death or being without you is more fearful, I could´t see any difference, they're similar.. ' .
hope it'll help, and if you need, I can rewrite the turkish text for you!

Hello Figen, thanks a lot (again) for your helpfulness!
Let me just check if I have understood it right: The word that is not correctly spelled means "they're similar"?

no, dear, 'acaba' means something like 'I wonder if..', but there's not exactly matching word in english about it.
('they are similar' is in the part I edited in my previous message.)
In order to be sure (for you and Bilal), here goes the source text with the right spelling:
"Dün yine aklımdaydın. Saatlerce tıkandı boğazıma, ağlayamadım. Acaba, sensizlik mi, yoksa ölüm mü daha korkunçtu ayırt edemedim, ikisinin de farkı yoktu birbirinden. ölüm, sensizlik (demek)ise, sensiz zaten ölüyüm diye düşündüm."

and here goes the bridge:
"You were in my thoughts yesterday, again. For hours the tears were in my throat, I couldn't cry.I wonder, if the Death or being without you is more fearful, I could´t see any difference, they're similar.
If being without you was Death then I'm already dead, I thought."

Perfect, thanks! I have corrected the Danish text accordingly.
