YouTube is a professional Website on which users can upload personal short videos and share video-recorded materials with others. According to the current plan of the new site owner, Google, from now on, people who upload personal videos to the site may be able to earn a percentage of the revenues generated by advertisements placed on the site. The January 29 online edition of the UK-based Financial Times quoted co-founder of the YouTube site Chad Hurley as saying that within the next few months, the site would launch a new user reward system.
