sabreur | | ТърÑих точен превод на тази дума във вÑички речници които имам както и в гугъл, но не намерих каквото ми Ñ‚Ñ€Ñбваше. С повечко думи sаbreur идва от sabre и означава човек използващ ÑабÑ. ИнтереÑува ме как Ñа наричали пиратите използващи Ñаби, защото фехтовач не звучи много "пиратÑко". Ð‘Ð»Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ð½Ð¾! |

| | | 21 Octubre 2007 06:46 | | | oh? forgot to tell : "sabreur" is a French word, not an English one! | | | 21 Octubre 2007 09:31 | | | Here is the comment in english:
I was looking in all my dictionaries and in google too for an accurate translation of this word, but i didn't found what i wanted.
What i found is that sabreur in Bulgarian means a person who fights whit sabre, but i need to know how were called the pirates who used sabres, because the word "fencer" doesn't seem to be very "piratic". At least in Bulgarian it is more like the sport fencing. Thanks for your help. | | | 21 Octubre 2007 09:45 | | | I already had a translation by our Bulgarian expert tempest in a private message, so that I decided not to remove your request, but thanks anyway for having translated it too, because my Bulgarian is equal to nul.
French dictionary about "sabreur" tells that
1)Name for the guy who's practising the "sabre" sport(one of the disciplines in fencing)
2)Person who is fighting and uses a sabre, or person who's cutting down something with a sabre.
