a) it is a more or less verbatim translation to be used as an intermediate one
b)school may not be the right translation. Depending on what this person is studying (the original requester) the right translation can be School, College or anything else really. We are NOT talking about high-school or anything before that though. It must be a Uni or college she is talking about though because of the mention of "semester" (see note e)
c) there is one word for both nieces and nephews and this is the one used in the original.
d) the last sentence would be something "sweet kisses to you all" in proper English.
e) a semester is of called a 6month period even though it isn't. |
