The remedies set forth herein are further conditioned upon the proper unloading, handling, storage and installation of the Seller’s delivered Goods, in all respects, having been operated and maintained in a normal and proper manner and not having been subjected to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse or problems related to the technical reasons of the loom
