The purpose of this article is to call attention to the theses written in the areas of the flute and flute education. In this study, the theses written between the years 1993 and 2006 in the areas of the flute and flute education with emphasis on post-graduate education were scanned and grouped. This study is designed to serve as a source for research done in the areas of the flute and flute education and to count as an important tool helpful in the selection of topics.
