Abstract: Having a creative mindset is the mark of a talent who not only adapts himself to the needs of the global IT revolution, but also creates new frontiers in the future of our highly IT-reliant society. The mission of our Mathematics education, and what the society demands of our educational system, is to promote the creative mindset and develop the creative spirit in our students. To promote the creative mindset in our students is to promote the students' ability to innovate. We must guide the students to learn mathematical concepts on their own and with initiative, and to be able to prove mathematical theorems with minimal aid. We must encourage the students to be bold in bring forth new ideas and to apply their mathematics problem-solving skills to practical everyday life.
