"La presente per dichiararvi che accettiamo, a saldo, stralcio e transazione del danno, la somma comprensiva e omnicomprensiva di Euro ____.

	kafetzou 게시물 갯수: 7963	I think that "sostituirvi" is probably mistranslated. "To replace you" means to put someone else in your place - this doesn't seem to make sense here. Also, I have a problem with the place where it says "as well as". The preceding part is negative (nothing else to ... you), so if the "as well as" is a continuation of this negative statement, it should "nor", not "as well as". On the other hand, if it is NOT a continuation of the negative statement, something is wrong with the entire structure, and it should be something like this: "We also declare ... that there is no other claim against you, and that we reinstate (?) you and invest you with all rights ..."
