the owner of the works mr x and company y have signed on 13.02,

Since this is a legal document i have tried to use precise expressions which carry the specific legal meaning intended, also i made sure every relative clause refers to the right word in the translation so i -had play around a bit with the order of words

mali haklar: property rights (as opposed to moral ones)
ait olmak: belong to
sahib: owner

That's why I translated it as "as long as they remain anonymous" - I can understand that they could stop being anonymous if the composer's name were revealed.

müzik/sanat eserlerini "anonimleştirmek" diye birşey var, ama süreci ve amacını bilmiyorum
